Applications for Year 7 September 2025
Our Year 7 Open Evening for entrance into Year 7 September 2025 will be held on Wednesday 18th September 2024, 4.00pm – 7.00pm (last entry 7.00pm). There will be talks by the Headteacher at 5.00pm, 6.00pm and 7.00pm. Please aim to arrive in plenty of time to enable you to take a tour of the school. The last talk is scheduled to end at approximately 7.45pm and the school site will shut at this point. You do not need to book to attend our Open Evening.
Please note that due to restricted space, there will be no parking available on site.
Application Process
As well as completing your Borough eAdmission Form you MUST complete the school Supplementary Information Form. The deadline for Year 7 applications is 31st October 2024. Any applications received after this date would have to be considered as late applications. Offers for Year 7 will be communicated via your Local Borough on 3rd March 2025.
Sport / Music Applications
The music aptitude testing will take place on Saturday 5th October and Sport testing will take place on Sunday 6th October with call backs on Tuesday 8th October 2024.
All results from the sport and music aptitude tests will be communicated before the Year 7 application deadline.

Arrangements for Appeals for Year 7 2025/2026
Appeal dates for Year 7 will be set after 3rd March 2025. The closing date for the receipt of appeals will be 20 school days from notification that an application has been unsuccessful on 3rd March 2025 (as specified in the School Admission Appeals Code: February 2021).

Please ensure you read the School Admission Policy before submitting your appeal. Year 7 appeals will be heard by an Independent Panel.
Once your appeal has been heard you will be notified directly in writing of the outcome within five school days.
Any late appeals submitted will be heard within 40 days of the appeal being lodged.
