TEACHER OF MATHEMATICS

We are seeking a well qualified and enthusiastic graduate to teach Mathematics at Key Stages 3 and 4, in this high-achieving and over-subscribed school. The Mathematics Faculty is well resourced with excellent access to IT facilities, including interactive whiteboards. This is an ideal opportunity to teach in a pleasant, friendly and supportive environment and would be a rewarding first post or an inspiring sideways move. There may be the opportunity to teach 'A' level for a suitable candidate.

SCIENCE TECHNICIAN

Grade: APTC3, Points 14 – 18
Salary: pro-rata of a full-time salary of £17,484 - £18,582 p.a.

A part-time technician is required ASAP to support teaching and learning within the Science Faculty in this high-achieving, 11-18 mixed comprehensive school. The successful applicant would be expected to work in the Biology department across all three key stages. Work would include setting up practical equipments, trialing experiments and providing reprographic support. A preparedness to undertake cover supervision would be an advantage.

LEAD EXAMINATION INVIGILATORS

£8.75 per hour

Experienced invigilators required to supervise examination halls during school and public examinations. Must be confident, reliable and committed, with good knowledge of JCQ regulations, and able to deal with multiple examinations running in the same hall at the same time. Duties will include allocating tasks to other invigilators and ensuring the overall smooth running of the session. All candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced CRB check and provide two references.
